The architectural design concept is inspired by Chongqing's unique natural landscape, incorporating elements such as "mountains, water, clouds, and mist." Its form is likened to "a boat floating on clouds" or "a leaf boat left by the lakeside of white clouds," featuring smooth and dynamic lines that blend seamlessly with the surrounding lake environment.
Green & Smart:The project is designed with high-standard green building goals, integrating an intelligent system built on 5G technology and cloud platforms, emphasizing energy efficiency, material conservation, and environmental protection.
For example, passive techniques such as optimal orientation, terrain-based earth insulation, and natural ventilation and lighting are employed to reduce energy consumption.
Structural Features: The building adopts a frame-shear wall structure, with steel truss systems used for large-span spaces (e.g., the approximately 48-meter-wide multifunctional hall).
Its distinctive "Y-shaped column" system integrates structure, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and architectural form, showcasing the aesthetic appeal of modern construction technology.
The Baiyun Lake Conference Center is not only a key component of the Lijia Smart Park but also positioned as a premier venue for national forums and international summits (e.g., the 2021 China International Smart Industry Expo). It aims to establish an international, green, and intelligent urban benchmark, becoming a shining new landmark for Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area and the city as a whole.
